Utopia Global is currently seeking EAM focused Data Quality Consultants to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Analyze project data and help prepare the Utopia Machine Learning (uML) solution to execute cleansing
Review material & equipment classification output from the Utopia Machine Learning solution and provide feedback for improvements
Perform cleansing & enrichment on the material & equipment records where the Machine Learning solution did not generate expected results
Maintain audit trail to be able to rollback to earlier cleansed versions if required
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Participate in meetings and provide feedback & updates on the project
Requirements:
Experience with standard material & equipment taxonomy- i.e. UNSPSC, ISO-14224, PIDX etc.
Experience in classifying material and equipment master records to appropriate taxonomy
Experience cleansing material and equipment master records – i.e. identifying values from descriptions, existing class-characteristics and/or other fields to the assigned taxonomy attributes and then standardize them.
Experience enriching material and equipment master records – i.e. identifying missing values in the record and populating the details from external sources such as manufacturer catalog on the internet, datasheets etc.
Experience checking data quality in terms of correctness, completeness, consistency, conformity, redundancy, duplicates etc.
Knowledge of plant maintenance aspects such as functional location/asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance, catalog profiles etc.
Ability to interpret engineering documents such as P&ID, PFD, GAD, Isometric Drawings etc.
