Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
Identifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions
Problem Solve and Troubleshoot
Onboard New Users
Identify Potential Issues
Work with Cross-Functional Teams
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge of SQL
Experience managing enterprise wide Linux and Microsoft server environments both on cloud and on-premise.
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
Exceptional ability to provide front end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
